In an article published in Forbes Magazine, statistics showed that 46% of employees are dissatisfied with their current jobs. Further, 32% of these disgruntled respondents expressed their desire to find a new job. Some of the major reasons of job dissatisfaction include:

• Too much work
• Absence of work-life balance
• No career growth
